William J. Frank, Jr., CPA

Bill is a 1976 cum laude graduate of Rider University. He is licensed as a CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, as well as the New Jersey Society of CPAs. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of the Southwest Jersey Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and is also the treasurer of the chapter.

Bill has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. His professional skills include domestic and international tax planning and projections, preparation of individual, partnership, and corporation tax returns, as well as all levels of financial statement preparation. Bill represents closely held businesses engaged in various activities, including manufacturing, distribution, and professional practices. He is a shareholder in the firm and is Co-Chairman of the GMPW educational program.

Bill is now an Investment Advisor having passed the Series 65 exam and can provide advice and recommendations to clients in connections with their investment decisions. He is the President of the Southwest Chapter of the NJ Society of CPAs and has been active in chapter operations for several years, including positions as Vice President and Treasurer.
